Indonesian Kueh Lapis
This is my favourite cake but the work through it is really "interesting". This was pass on to me by my mother and now I would like to share it with all of you. These are normally popular during Chinese New Year where my Singaporean clients will engage me to cater. I remembered the last CNY, I did 16 orders. I had a Malay friend, Jas, whom ordered this cake as a 'Hantaran' for her Wedding. (Pic Enclosed)
