Christmas Special
Christmas is a very special moment for everyone from all society. I would say Christmas is a very exciting day for me as I will get up early in the morning and be very busy preparing for my guest to come in the evening and celebrate this joy together. I remembered last Christmas, I was supplying very few sugee fruit cakes compared to my very rich fruit cakes which branched to Singapore.
A million thanks to my Aunty Carol whom hosted a christmas party at her house and she served her friends the sugee fruit cake as dessert. People commented that they prefered the Rich flour fruit cake rather than the sugee after first helping but after a 3rd serving and chats begun. They started to ask one another what is that lovely taste that remains in their mouth? The memory of Christmas which they have not had this taste before for a while. One of my aunt's church member then said oh it's the sugee fruit cake which left them the smell of Christmas. They then begun to pester me to receive their orders for Chinese New Year. I took a few and decline some as fruit cake orders will only be entertained at least 3 weeks in advance. I only had some marinated fruit left actually to make some for my own consumption and for my cousins to take back to their respective countries. You should try some and comment. It's really worth every cent you spend.

Our gingerbread house receives very remarkable and welcoming feedback from young Matthew when the sample was sent to his mother, Alicia. The life spend for our gingerbread house is 5 days but with the children around for Christmas, it might just be for 3 hours (smiling)
