Asian Delights.
Being Asian and having the Asian taste bud, these might be some of the delights which you would take into consideration. I strongly reccommend to you the Pandan Layer Cake made from the freshly squeezed santan and pandan (screwpine leave) and the Bangkok Kaya. Bangkok Kaya is a very nice cake suited to coffee consumers.

This idea came from my last instructress, Rosalind Chan. After my Wilton 1,2 & 3. she asked if I could make her my specialty and I question what would you like? She replied, " Something that is not European nor French and she said she loved my Asian delight column yet again it would be great to have something special like the pandan kaya", this tribute should also go to the cendol cart in Tmn Tun, as they I say well will just give this a shot and produced the cake overnight and delivered it to her before she flies back home to Canada. She said the combination is very good and now I leave it to you all to comment (smiley). Everyone in ICCA loved the cake.
