Two things I would like to say when constructing this page and wonder which should come first. I believe the intro and the gratitude are both important.... Ok... let's not waste more time... and begin.... Agar-agar or some known it as jelly cakes are a trend today and these cakes are used for all celebrations like birthday, hantaran, weddings and corporate celebrations.
I would like to extend my gratitude to Datin Hedy Boon, a very dedicated student of mine whom bought this agar-agar book for me to start my R & D. From simple flavourless but very colourful selections.... I have now come out with flavourful and colourful creation. To those urging me to start the courses on the agar-agar flower course... It is on the way together with the flavours.
